We’ve considered this wine an excellent representative of the Alicante Bouschet variety. It is a powerful wine, concentrated with ripe black fruit, cocoa and some vegetable, mainly olive. Even though it is full and intense in the mouth, it has a good acidity that keeps it live and gives it extension. It is somewhat rustic and pairs in perfection with complex and strong dishes.
