Perescuma is a company that manages a huge amount of land in the Alentejo and also produces wine. Signed by Manuel Lobo, this N.o1 Reserva is the estate’s top-of-the-range wine. A wine of great impact on the nose and palate, with ripe black fruit and cocoa and full of flavour. It asks for strong flavoured dishes or a longer ageing period, as the tannins of the Cabernet Sauvignon are still noticeable in the
fiery finish.
