Baga grape variety is the ex-libris of Bairrada region, but it can be dicey and drive away some consumers. This wine presents a tamed version of the variety, with ripe red fruit, spicy notes from the barrel, with good volume in the mouth. The tannins are still a little firm telling us it’s made from Baga, with a fresh and fierce finish.
